Sorry for the late FYI on this:

If we have a meeting in Toronto (anywhere outside the US), PNNL staff
will need 45-60 days to get clearance for the foreign travel. That would
mean making decisions about dates and specific location as soon as
possible for us to be involved. (I would hope to have at least one of us
and probably two of us there.)
