[DAIS-WG] TooLargeDataRequestFault

Hi,
    If we want to add a TooLargeDataRequestFault, or 
DataRequestTooLargeFault, should an optional test be put for it 
(assuming that this will be an amendment that gets passed through to 
the spec). What do people think?
