[DAIS-WG] DAIR Interop Document

Dear All, 

I have also appended some typos at the end. 

I had very simple interoperabilty test between an OGSA-DAI WS-DAIR client and an AMGA SDAIR server.
Please find the attached, the test result. (I will upload it to the wiki)
They were very interoperable, too.
