You'll find the agenda for the OGSA working group meeting mentioned Dave 
Berry mention this week's telcon here

It looks like it's by invitation only but it will be discussing the 
proposed basic and data profiles which will clearly have an impact on 
current DAIS documents and potentially our plans for submission.
