A RESOLUTION OF THE MIAMI CITY COMMISSION DIRECTING THE CITY
MANAGER TO PRESENT TO THE CITY COMMISSION FOR ITS REVIEW AND
APPROVAL ANY AND ALL OPTIONS FOR THE USE OF THE GIFTS
RECEIVED PURSUANT TO THE GIFT AGREEMENT WITH CITYCOINS, INC.
WHEREAS, the City Commission adopted Resolution No. R-21-0345 on September
13,
2021, which authorized the City Manager to accept the gifts from and
execute a Gift Agreement
with CityCoins, Inc.; and
WHEREAS, the gifts may be used for any valid governmental, municipal,
and/or public
purpose;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The recitals and findings contained in the Preamble to this
Resolution are
adopted by reference and incorporated as if fully set forth in this Section.
Section 2. The City Manager is hereby directed to present to the City
Commission for its
review and approval any and all options for the use of the gifts received
pursuant to the Gift
Agreement with CityCoins, Inc.
Section 3. This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon adoption.
