what's the purpose of sampling? we are for simplicity assuming that
every word is either a noun or a verb. we want to figure out whether
these words are nouns or verbs! we have a check that tells us how much
the words in a sentence are used correctly as nouns or verbs.
so, for simplicity, we can assume the check returns the ratio of
correctly used words to the total number.

we use N words, we have the ratio that are correct, and we want to
figure out what word is what.
