Response to NY FOIL request FOIL-2022-090440-018156

Mr. Bogdan:

Relating to our question of "interlocking directorates" and the response
that interlocking directors under DFS supervision are only specific to
chartered banks or trust institutions ... We seek further clarification and
reiterate request for associated records.

Mr. Bogdan, recent RICO and racketeering (aka racket)  publications from
Federal sources describe interlocking directorates as an “‘enterprise
includes any individual, partnership, corporation, association, or other
legal entity, and any union or group of individuals associated in fact
although not a legal entity.”

>From this description, can you further clarify the definition of
interlocking directorates in New York State under DFS regulation? And
provide any associated records to the original request.
