Self-defense being a legal defense any any murder charge. A brute-force attack on our environment demands a measured and proportional response. Gramps garbage DDoS, Nazi Troll stink-bombs and Semich Spam attacks call for an appropriate counter-attack.  
Standing our ground and being armed with WMD-grade crypto-munitions allows us to defend ourselves successfully against any earthly power, or combination of them.
