	there are two types of responses :

	1) deny the request, so no 'freedom of information' =)

	or better

	2) return a bunch of pages fully covered with black rectangles, in which all 'sensitive' 'information' has been censored, I mean, 'redacted'. 
	
	As always, the US reaches infinite self parody.
