"Getting along" will be defined as "never asking a question, or
saying anything, which upsets a snowflake".

Productivity of those who are both capable and creative, and
"permitted" to speak their own truth, is fortunately defined as
"geniuses".

So we get "geniuses are productive, but upset snowflakes whose
productivity falls when confronted in the slightest of ways".
