Surfing can go over both cell and wifi nets.
Regardless of wifi, your baseband is still radiating,
certainly as long as you have a sim installed.
And cell and wifi are both unnatural RF that DNA
hasn't had to deal with till last few decades.

Throw in cars, coal, chems and all the other
wonders of say post 1950... no wonder cancer
rates are skyrocketing.
