Hrm... I'd love a citation, as I was unable to find one for Missouri, and
have never even thought about such a weird scenario as this in my many
drug-induced ramblings. :-)

I'm still amazed they believe that *we believe* this BS.  I'm even more
amazed they *do* this BS song and dance.
