I was highly suspicious of these so-called
"Crime Victims for a Just Society", so I ran their
name through an anagram generator. The relevant match
was "COMMITS JUSTIFICATIVE SORCERY".

I trust the link to Eric Cordian and the OTO is now
clear to everyone.
