The existing response is not very convincing but it may not necessarily need
names to tighten it up. Conversely, listing anyone who has
verifiably<http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:V>expressed interest
in such things would not constitute an agreement to adopt
the standard before it exists so there is likely little harm in identifying
likely adopters.
