For RFC2119 the "SHOULD" and "RECOMMENDED" are the same ... "there
   may exist valid reasons in particular circumstances to ignore a
   particular item, but the full implications must be understood and
   carefully weighed before choosing a different course."

Thanks - fixed in v0.5!  Also the "forward slash" as noted by John Kewley
has been fixed now.

Since OGF is migrating all document from GridForge to Redmine
