I propose that we modify the MICS draft to also fit "self-service"
CAs that serve entire (national) federations, so that support a
membership that spans more than one organization. This would fit quite
well with the upcoming SWITCHaai based CA, and is not too far off from
the current draft.

I'm willing to volunteer and edit the current MICS draft to include
federations, as well as incorporating the text on the "time-shifted" IdM
requirements that is in the current Classic 4.1b2 draft. In the end, the MICS
would have these IdM requirements, and they need not be incorporated in Classic.
As we (very briefly) discussed in Ottawa: this MICS version would have
the F2F requirement to be as close as possible to the classic in terms
of identity vetting. We can then later add other assurance levels as soon
as RPs need them, and (maybe) do that across all profiles.
Agreed? If so, I'll try to send you all a new draft in 1-2 days.

So we will have plenty to discuss during the CAOPS#2 session as well :-)

	Cheers,
	DavidG.

Quite true. Can be in either session as far as I'm concerned ...
