Action Item on [cads] Community Council Meeting Minutes

How about infrastructure and virtualization?

I think this will avoid the words science, research, and 
cyberinfrastructure and provide a clear idea of the focus. I know there 
is some debate about virtualization and what it stands for, but I think 
it would be a very helpful term here.
