It seems to me starting with the sponsorship contacts would be the  
right thing to do for a first approximation, and using GFAC or GFSG  
members from these companies would also make sense.  I bet doing that  
(i.e. using the info the secretariat has already) would fill most of  
the spreadsheet in.
