Nic,

There is no specific form for workshop proposals -- just one or two pages that
clearly describes the topic and goals of the workshop, the organizers, and the
potential speakers, along with any other relevant information, such as other
RGs and WGs that might be involved (or should be involved).  Clearly we want
to support the work of the Astro-RG and the IVOA, in addition to getting good
cross-pollination with the rest of GGF ;->
