[BYTEIO-WG] UNICORE endpoint is up

Hi,

UNICORE endpoint is up with two improvements: it gives access to
Sbyteio operations according to wsrf rendering doc, and RByteio's
append/tuncAppend operations returning transfer mechanism information
in response.
