[acs-wg] Last call for Application Contents Service Specification 1.0 revision submission

We have finished the revision of the ACS Specification 1.0, addressing
to numbers of comments during the public review period.

This is the last call for comments before submission to the GGF Editor.
If you have comments, please get them to me by 9 am Japan time
on Tuesday, May 16.
