[acs-wg] Skipping the acs-wg call this week.

Folks,

I'd like to skip the acs-wg call this week since I have a schedule
for the regular time. Besides, I'm being tied up with some tasks
in my company and is not ready for discussion. I got some potentially
useful information for acs at GGF, but not ready to make use of it.

After all, thanks again for your assistances to the successful sessions.
