[acs-wg] Skype/glance connection check

Folks,

We will start a check soon.
I'm going to share my screen with you through the glance.
Only you need is any standard browser with Java enabled.
I have tested with IE and Firefox.

open url "acs.glance.net".
Also, I'd like to test skype conference. Please let me
know your skype login. Mine is "k.fukui".
