[acs-wg] Skype/glance connection check

17:00 should be OK with me. I have verified skype and
glance.net is reachable though now is the after hour
for any sessions.

I arrived at the place a few hours ago. It's Mar 13 19:30 now
in Korea local time. It seems we got 54Mbps access point everywhere
in the floor for GGF. We, however, should probably expect the congestion
in the session.
