[acs-wg] draft for GGF15

Thanks!  Looks nice.

I have a comment about the relationship between AAD and SDD.  I believe 
we considered stating that the AAD would be a SDD compliant document, 
extending it as needed for ACS specific elements.  Did we reach a 
consensus on this?  Perhaps we can discuss this tonight?
