Worryingly, it fails to make the connection between DID and the traditional training of human alters or habits in victims, to report the thoughts, plans, and behaviors of the host (the victim) to traffickers, which is far cheaper and more common than physical neurotechnology. It does however briefly mention the use of artificial intelligence for trafficking! It also does not mention persistent cybercompromise to facilitate trafficking, although of course this is unlikely for people to mention.
