it's so much fun to recover from covid-19 ! when you finally stop coughing and shivering and can move any part of your body, notably your lungs or throat, without significant pain you discover you're in a warm comfortable environment like a hospital room or a hotel how did i get somewhere so comfortable and warm with such simple and pleasant food and drink that i for some reason haven't been consuming? why do i love so much taking these massive gross-tasting antiviral tablets? whatever is going on, it seems like i'll be okay! so far the biggest thing i learned is to get yourself a covid test as soon as you have disabling flu symptoms.

reading up on this it also seems like if your blood ox is anything below your norm (i'm usually 98-100% and i measured 94%) be sure to report difficulty breathing because they can give a steroid that will reduce the inflammation and scarring of the lungs, but will only do so if you have pneumonia.
