maybe, needs, feelings, and how these spread, as a basic idea among others
so part, of being good is _learning_. so when we want to learn to be good, there's learning inhibition that resonates with the good inhibition.
people need to learn what is good for others, in a way that adapts and responds to reality.
so, observing reality makes it difficult too.
making your own course in being good makes you realize what you are
i might assign somebody to maintain notes on what might be good for somebody else, or what might indicate what would be good or bad for them. if that's too difficult, they could simply take notes on the people in their area, and anything related to the people. i also might ask people to try to guess something from their notes, and check with the people or otherwise confirm if this thing is right. if that's too hard, then i'd have them simply confirm parts of the notes, and simply interact with the people in some small way, even an anonymous way.
then you would need a part 2 where you advance the behaviors to be more toward spreading good in the world.
i guess it could be helpful to break it into parts and ensure all the parts were covered. it's just what human hearts do when they aren't tortured and are raised kindly. you could make it bigger by expanding different axes of parts -- what are all the human needs, and how are people with regard to these? (warning: few people have many needs met sufficiently in this speedy millenium) what different kinds of things are there to observe about people? what different kinds of people are there? what things do people influence / what things influence people? what kinds of people are there? id' encourage people to include stuff they care about -- how are trees doing, how are computers doing, how is the news doing, how is your torture equipment doing, how is mental health recovery going, anything you care about to help it be more engagng if needed. but i'd keep it smaller than the human part since we are human and that's how our life resonates.
