Fletcher and Nelson are two of the smartest, and on the whole more moderate-liberal, judges on the 9th circuit. This is a great panel for Bernstein. On Mon, 1 Dec 1997, Greg Broiles wrote:

I think that Judge Bright may be Myron H. Bright, a senior justice on the 8th Circuit, who sometimes sits on 9th circuit cases by designation.
