Particularly since Libya bought a bunch of "oil drilling rig transport trucks" from Oshkosh Truck Corp in the '70s and hired a bunch of Brits to convert them into tank transporters. Didn't help them against the deadly Toyota pickups of the Chadian Defense Forces though. DCF
