You think India won't be able to develop strong encryption indigenously?! You obviously haven't been keeping up with the times. One word...Bangalore. Despite the export rhetoric, the real and intended affect it to prevent widespread *domestic* use. By making the market much smaller (domestic) only, creating FUD, there are less crypto suppliers and much higher costs. Matt
