GPS encryption of low order bits

I don't know how they encrypt the "low order bits", but I do know that it isn't a show-stopper. Trimble Navigation makes GPS devices that, once calibrated by a known position, are centimeter accurate. This is done *without* a ground signal (an older technique around the GPS crippling). Paul E.
