Tilman, if Zundel has his own web server, he doesn't *need* access to the internet to get his own web page. He just has to be on a LAN (local area network). He can fake any part of the internet by having his own server on his own network, but that doesn't *prove* that he has access to anything - it just shows that he has a good computer system.
