it would be nice if people who send PGP's email would also place the appropriate "Content-Type" in there headers so there email in a easy manor.

Content-Type is a MIME header. If someone doesn't use a MIME mailer, then this will not be added into the headers. I don't use a MIME mailer, therefore it won't get added to my headers. Sorry. -derek
