This candidate must have at least five years experience as a developer writing commercial grade software using C++. The minimum requirements are: * Knowledge of (and enthusiasm for) the World Wide Web * Experience writing software using ASN encoding rules * TCP/IP network programming * Significant cryptographic experience * Cross platform development experience using both Unix and NT.
