I'm interested in this too. I really HATE those silly HTML documents that can't (or, at least, I haven't yet figured out how) be downloaded in one swell foop.

When using lynx from my shell account, I like to grab the whole thing at once at net speed. Just now this took 65 seconds for the 1.28 Mb with obvious pauses ( I've seen it twice as fast). http://www.swiss.ai.mit.edu/6095/articles/cyphernomicon/CP-FAQ
