Mr. Holleyman will discuss "Encryption on the Internet." The meeting will be held at Siemens Corporation, 701 Pennsylvania Avenue, NW, beginning at noon. On Thursday, May 15, the committee will hold another brown bag luncheon meeting with Professor David Post, Visiting Association Professor of Law, Georgetown University Law Center, and Co-Director of the Cyberspace Law Institute. Prof. Post will discuss his paper "Law and Borders - The Rise of Law in Cyberspace." The meeting will be held at the Federal Communications Commission, 1919 M Street, NW, Room 845, beginning at noon.
