Invited speakers from industry, universities and government will present their experiences and vision for the future. The Workshop will begin with a kick-off dinner on Thursday, December 1 evening and a full program on Friday, December 2. The final version of the papers will be included in an edited book that will be published by Springer Verlag as part of its Lecture Notes Series on Computer Science.
