NSA is offering to support unclassified research in certain security- related areas. A description of the program is with Joyce. There is a deadline of Nov. 8 for a letter of interest (email to dld@tycho.ncsc.mil is apparently sufficient)

They will send you an RFP in December if you reply by 11/8. ---jdu
