ripem.msu.edu evidently has such a policy. I'm considering using it to distribute Curve Encrypt. Anybody have any experience with this site? Should be pretty funny distributing PGP-authenticated software from the Ripem ftp site, but I guess if they don't mind, neither do I :-). -- Will
