I read it and it looks OK -- except, as I said in e-mail to Senators Kyl and Leahy, we can't let ourselves believe that legislation can keep computers safe from hackers. Many of these threats are outside the reach of US law. Instead, we need good firewalls, encrypting file systems, etc. - Carl
