James. What am I missing? It is trivial to keep both ends of an international ATM transaction anonymous. And if Hamas suicide bombers can make it into Israel proper, I'm sure bagmen can hit ATMs there. There may even be ATMs in East Jerusalem or on the West Bank. DCF
