Are you using EFnet? Because that is what was suggested to you, and I just tried it and it was indeed there... There were only two people (maybe bots) there, but it did certainly exist.

We are there on EfNet (#cypherpunks), most of the time nuge and I atleast, and LuckyG comes in on occasion, aswell as others. I am Working on securing the channel a bit now...
