It worked fine for me with the (relatively ancient) Mailcrypt in XEmacs.

Try highlighting the public key block including the "Begin Public Key" and the "End Public Key" lines, then click the extract key button. I use Eudora 3.0.3 and that worked fine. I think the multiple keys in the message may confuse the plug-in.
