"Singapore Unveils Internet Guidelines" Singapore unveild steps yesterday to regulate political and religious content on the Internet, and keep its cyberspace free of pornography. According to the Singapore Broadcast Authority, the guidelines, effective after July 15, require all operators to register with the SBA.
