LR/SHS src (386 ASM)

I have uploaded a copy of lrsha14.zip to the cypherpunks ftp site. It contains source code for a 32-bit implementation of the Secure Hash Algorithm as well as a Luby-Rackoff/SHA cipher in CFB mode, and a sample Turbo Pascal interface for debugging it, etc. -Rob
