Please. This is not a way to avoid entrapment. Undercover police lie all the time, and their lying does not become a predicate for an entrapment defense.

I'm not a lawyer but I learned this from my masseuse in SLC UT, where mixed-gender massage is considered a "sex act for hire" and she was constantly subject to entrapment.

One shouldn't generalize too much from massage-parlor cases. --Mike
