My sentiments <expanded upon> exactly. I tend to disbelieve in coincidences. Rather, I found the timing of dropping the investigation of PRZ and the anticipated release of version 3.0 extremely interesting. One might conclude that their attitude was: "Let's throw this fish back and aim for a 'keeper'.
