[wg-all] OGF26 Wrapup

All - OGF26 in Chapel Hill, NC was a very focused three days of  
workshops, working group sessions and bofs.  Significant progress was  
made in a number of areas through these sessions as outlined in the  
attached wrap-up document compiled by David Wallom.
