HOTEL RESERVATIONS

A reminder that tomorrow, May 15 (Thursday), is the deadline for reserving
sleeping rooms at the Barcelo Sants Hotel.  After tomorrow, rooms under
OGF's discounted rate will only be issued based on availability.  Reserve

REGISTRATION

Friday, May 16, is the deadline for Advance Registration. After Friday,
registration fees will increase to the on-site rates.  See

Other highlights of the OGF23/BEinGRID program include-

- Workshops on commercial implementations of workflow, using grid to
optimize energy efficiency, and a host of other relevant topics

- Sessions focused on quality in open source grid implementations, data
grids, interoperability, and cloud computing

- Thirty OGF chartered groups 

- Multiple tutorials on implementing grid middleware and building grids that
manage distributed data hosted by OGF-Europe

- A plenary session to discuss the European Grid Initiative (EGI) on Tuesday
morning, June 3.

OGF ESCIENCE STRATEGY

All interested in learning about and providing insight into OGF eScience
function activities are invited to participate in an informal discussion
with Prof. Geoffrey Fox (OGF VP, eScience) prior to OGF23 on Sunday, June 2.
These informal meetings will take place from 10:00a - 3:30p - location tbd.
